How long do they stay fresh?
Our cookies stay fresh for up to 7 days at room temperature if kept in an airtight container. For longer storage, you can freeze them for up to 3 months — 20 seconds in the microwave and they're gooey again.
How does Build a Box work?
Pick your cookie size (Mini 3oz or Regular 5oz) and your box size (4, 6, 8, or 12), then tap flavours to fill each slot — you'll see every cookie drop into your box as you choose. Mix and match any flavours you like.
Do you offer gluten-free options?
Yes! We have a rotating selection of gluten-free flavours. However, please note our kitchen processes wheat flour, so we are not a certified gluten-free facility.
What about other allergens?
Our kitchen handles nuts, peanuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, and soya. Every product page lists its allergens — if you have a severe allergy, email us before ordering and we'll advise honestly.
How fast is shipping?
We bake fresh and ship Monday and Thursday via DPD/Royal Mail to ensure freshness. Order by 12pm the day before for a delivery slot. Most orders arrive within 24–48 hours.
Can I send a box as a gift?
Absolutely — add gift packaging at checkout for a hand-tied ribbon and a hand-written note card. We never include pricing in the box.
Do you do corporate or bulk orders?
